Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed during launches, sales, holidays or periods of high order volume may take additional time to process.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

Delivery Partner

All kosine orders are shipped through Delhivery.

Once your order has been handed over to Delhivery, delivery timelines are subject to the courier's network, location, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

You can track your order using the tracking information provided after dispatch.

Delays caused by the courier, weather, natural events, incorrect address details or other circumstances beyond kosine's control are not considered a failure to ship the order.

Partial COD

kosine offers Partial Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.

With Partial COD:

₹200 must be paid in advance while placing the order.
The remaining amount is payable to the Delhivery delivery partner at the time of delivery.
The ₹200 advance payment is adjusted against the total order value.
The advance payment is non-refundable if the customer refuses or fails to accept the order, subject to applicable consumer rights and circumstances.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the shipment, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.
